My Priorities

Every student deserves a safe, supportive environment and great teachers who stay. My campaign focuses on three key priorities: recruiting and retaining exceptional educators, ensuring our schools are physically and psychologically safe, and investing in modern, well-maintained facilities that reflect the value we place on education.

Teacher and Pupil

Recruit & Retain Teachers

Great schools start with great teachers. I will advocate for competitive compensation, meaningful professional development, and supportive working conditions that help attract and keep the best educators in our classrooms.

Ensure Safe Learning Environments

Every child deserves to feel safe at school—physically and emotionally. I support evidence-based strategies to address mental health, prevent violence, and create school cultures built on respect and belonging.

Improve School Infrastructure

Our students and teachers need facilities that are safe, functional, and future-ready. I will prioritize capital improvement projects that address aging buildings and ensure all schools meet the needs of a 21st-century education.
